Global Internship Program: Selection Process

Objective: To identify and nurture India's most promising, impact-driven students.

3-Stage Selection Process:

1. Registration & Screening:
Applicants submit personal details, preferences, and a 150-word statement of interest.


2. Online Assessment:
A 30–45 minute test on reasoning, global awareness, and values. Scoring is automated for most sections.


3. Interview & Final Selection:
A 15–20 minute virtual interview focusing on passion, leadership potential, and global mindset.



Evaluation Criteria (50 points): Passion, clarity, curiosity, communication, and leadership potential. Suitable for students from Class 9 to PG levels.
