The World Leaders Consortium (WLC) was founded with a powerful belief: that visionary leadership and inclusive collaboration across nations can address the greatest challenges of our time. Founded at New Delhi, India, and now expanding globally, WLC was conceived as a platform to unite transformative leaders from diverse spheres—politics, business, education, social development, and innovation.

The idea was initiated by Dr. Rajat Shrivastava, a passionate changemaker and global thought leader, who envisioned a forum where emerging and established leaders could come together under one umbrella to exchange ideas, shape policies, and inspire a future driven by sustainable development, equality, and peace.

WLC is registered under Rumarix Consortium Foundation in India and the UK, and is supported by international collaborators from over 70 countries.
